How to Add a New Page in WordPress

The following guide was prepared using the Classic Editor in WordPress 5.0.

1. When creating a new page, it is recommended to copy an existing page to match branding and formatting.  

2. In your WordPress website, in the left menu, click Pages - All Pages

3.  Click the arrow next to add new and choose SiteOrigin Builder

4.  In the top field, type the title of the Page. Then click Prebuilt Layouts.

→ Click Clone: Pages

→ Click the page most like the one you are creating

5.  Click Live Editor

6.  When your web page appears, click on the element you would like to edit.  The appropriate widget will open and you can choose to modify, replace, or delete as desired.

7.  When you are finished with a specific element, click Done. Repeat as necessary.  Review the page to ensure accuracy.

8.  Once all changes for the page are complete, click Done.

9.  Returning to the Edit Page, click Publish.
